• Candidates may apply at any time; however, special discount is only available for the study programs included in the inaugural session.
• Candidates wishing to apply for two or three courses, should apply separately, indicating (other applications on each form).

Completing the application form:

1. All the information asked in the application form is essential for enrolment.
2. Incomplete form with missing information or deficient attachments will not be considered.

Supporting documents:

Polyversity International will only entertain complete applications, that will include:

1. Prescribed Application Form duly filled with required information, written in English, handwritten (clearly readable) or typed
2. Signatures on the verification statement at the end of Application Form
3. Picture - front view of face showing clear features, colored, passport size
4. Identification proof, such as CNIC by Pakistani candidates, Passport by International Candidates
5. Qualification proof by submitting copies of educational testimonials (only if indicated in the course requirements)
6. Details of course fee payment

   (‘Fee Structure’) and (‘Payment Process')

   such as fee payment date, amount, transaction mode, and other information (if possible, proof may be provided such as copy of payment voucher if through bank, copy of draft/pay order, money order or bank deposit slip).

Verification of basic qualifications

• Polyversity International does not require copy of your educational testimonial for the enrolment of the currently launched study programs.
• In future, for some selective courses, documentary proof of the basic qualification will be required; therefore, for the enrolment in particular courses, the applicants will have to submit copy of their qualification/s (such requirements will be mentioned in individual course details)

Applications submitted with MPO's reference

Polyversity International has appointed "Marketing and Promotion Officers (MPO)" in some cities, districts and big institutes of Pakistan and abroad for the promotion, marketing and sale of the respective courses.

• If the candidate got information form website, social media or other means, should apply for the course/s directly without any reference
• If any Polyversity International authorized MPO has introduced the course/s, then enter MPOs reference code on the application form in the specific place.
• The MPO may facilitate in submitting the application form.
• The Candidates should NEVER pay the course fee or any other charges to the MPO.

Scrutiny of applications

• Polyversity International will scrutinize the submitted applications in accordance with the criteria specified in the related course description.
• Major items to be verified, include: Complete information on prescribed application form, signed declaration, Proof of prerequisite qualification (if required for the course), Picture, Identification proof, and verification of receiving the course fee.
• Successful candidates will be duly communicated at earliest possible.

Registration and enrolment

• Polyversity International, after the scrutiny process, will immediately register and enroll the successful candidates for the applied course/s.
• Registration and enrollment of the candidates will be confirmed, along with sending receipt of the course fee received by Polyversity International.

  This number will be the reference number of the candidate for the chosen course and particular session/batch; therefore, it must be mentioned in every communication with Polyversity International.

• On successful enrolment, the candidate will receive an exclusive enrollment /registration number.
• The applications and paid fee by the candidates, who have not yet qualified scrutiny process, will be kept pending till they complete their application form or choose to withdraw their fee

  (Fee will can be only returned according to the defiend withdrawal policy)

General Criteria
Minimum Qualification

• Polyversity international courses are of diploma and certificate levels.
• Each course has its own criteria; however, the common criteria will be as below:

- International courses generally require:

• Post secondary qualification
• Some advanced course will require graduation or post-graduation
• Proficiency in understanding, speaking and writing English

- National courses commonly require

• Intermediate or higher qualification
• Some advanced course will require graduation or post-graduation
• Proficiency in English and Urdu understanding and writing

Change of course:

• The candidate has the facility to change the course after submitting the application form; however the request should be formally communicated and must receive in this office within 07 days period after submitting the initial application.
• If the fee of the newly opted course is more than previously applied course, the candidates will have to deposit the remaining amount required for confirmation of admission and enrollment of the candidate.
• If the fee of new course is less than the previously applied course, the balance amount will be returned as of the ‘Refund Policy’ (visit the relevant page).

Accreditation

All the courses launched in the inaugural session are of diploma and certificate levels; therefore, do not require any formal accreditation.
