Polyversity International provides multiple options to the candidates for its eCourses.
Checklist for completing the application for admission in the eCourse:
Polyversity International will entertain only complete applications, according to the below checklist:
- Application Form duly filled with the required information.
- Application Form should be filled in English.
- Form must have name of the candidate and the title of the course applied for.
- In place of signatures, applicants can add his/her eSignatures or write their last name in capital letters.
- Scanned copy of picture (colored having front view of face, showing clear features) is required for the course completion certificate.
- Education testimonials for are only required for advanced courses (only if indicated in the course requirements)
Course Fee payment information is provided on verification of the admission application.
The information of the fee payment should be provided once admission is approved.
Once the fee is paid, copy of fee payment invoice / voucher or relevant information should be provided through email to get access to the eCourse. The main information required regarding fee payments is:
- Amount of fee deposited
- Date on which payment is made
- Mode of payment such as bank transaction.
- Any other relevant information that is helpful to verify the deposit of course fee payment.
Applications submitted with MPOs’ reference:
Polyversity International has appointed “Marketing and Promotion Officers, also called as MPO” in some countries, cities / districts and large institutions. The MPOs are assigned promotion, marketing and sale of eCourses and other programs / products of the Polyversity International; however, they are not allowed to receive course fee or any other charges from the candidates.
It is not necessary that everywhere, MPO is placed. You may get admission directly without any such reference. However, if any Polyversity International authorized MPO introduces the course/s to you, then please enter MPOs’ Reference Code on the Application Form in the specified areas.
Important Note:
1- If the candidate received the course information directly from Polyversity International website, social media advertisement or through other means, then candidate should apply without any MPO reference number.
2- If any MPO has introduced the courses, candidates should NEVER pay course fee or any other charges to the MPO or anybody else on behalf of Polyversity International.
Scrutiny of applications for admission
- Polyversity International scrutinizes the submitted applications in accordance with the criteria specified in the related course description.
- Major items to be verified, include:
- Complete information on prescribed application form,
- Picture (if certificate is desired)
- Proof of educational qualification (if required for the course), and
- Course Fee payment verification.
{Note: The applications of those candidates whose information is incomplete or have not paid the Course Fee, will be kept pending till the essentially required information is provided and other pre-requisites are fulfilled.}
Registration and enrollment
- Polyversity International, after the scrutiny process, temporarily registers and enrolls the candidates for the course/s applied for.
- Registration and enrollment of the candidates is indicated through email.
- On deposit of Course Fee by candidate and verification of its receipt by the Polyversity International through prescribed modes, admission is finalized.
- On successful enrollment, every candidate receives a distinct Course Registration Number and Course Access Code.
{Note: Course Registration Number is the reference number of the candidate for the registered course (including its session/batch); and it must be mentioned in every communication with the Polyversity International.}
